  • Interested in flying?

  • Are you a beginner who wants to take some lessons, but still keep your feet on the ground?

  • Are you a licensed pilot who wants some practice time?

  • Are you just interested in a finding out more?

 

Then the new simulators are for you!

 

The Aviation Department now has three new flight simulators from Fidelity Flight Simulation, Inc. They are MOTUS flight simulators and have full motion that gives added simulation fidelity of motion cueing for enhanced instrument training.
All three simulators are two position - Pilot and Co-Pilot. They also have a single engine piston simulator, a twin engine piston simulator, and a twin engine turbine simulator.
The full motion capability of the simulators is something that needs to be experienced!
 

Simulator Training Prices*:

  Single Engine - $80/hr, minimum of 4 hours ($320)**

  Twin Engine - $110/hr, minimum of 4 hours ($440)**

          *Prices good until FAA Certification is completed.
          **Includes hourly instructor fee; flying time may be scheduled in 1 hour blocks.

Please call the Aviation Department at 318-342-1780 to schedule your simulator time. Simulator training is 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. weekdays, depending upon instructor availability.
