The University of Louisiana at Monroe is going the distance for you. Earn an Associate Degree in General Studies using Distance Learning courses at ULM. Earn degree credit at home or at times more convenient for your schedule. Students with jobs and/or families or who live in a geographically remote area from the ULM campus cannot always take college classes when they are offered at ULM. ULM now has approximately 64 courses that are offered through LPB (Channel 13) or Time Warner Channel 78 (Time Warner viewing area is limited to Ouachita Parish). If you need a more convenient schedule, on-line support, fax, e-mail, Internet, or academic department test-out exams, call ULM at 342-1030, or Dr. Richard Chardkoff, Director of the General Studies Program at ULM, at 342-1540.
